My name is Mike Ramm and I am a software project manager. Well, that’s not my real name, my real name is Mihail Mihaylov and I am Bulgarian but I like Mike Ramm better There are many people with my birth name and I always have had the bad luck to be confused with someone else. This is the main reason I use the name of Mike Ramm in my internet presence.

Currently I am a consultant, manager and lecturer at my own company RammSoft were I teach young people software development and project management. I’ve had not too long but turbulent and varied career. For the last 17 years I have worked for about twenty companies more or less related to information technology and software development - Bulgarian, American, French, German, Austrian, Greek. I’ve been a developer, a teacher, a consultant, a project manager, a company manager. I’ve been an employee and I’ve been an employer. Everything I’ve worked can be summarized in one thing - dealing with people. And this happened to be a tough job.

I believe that management is everyone’s business because everyone managers their own lives. This is the main thing I preach. The mission I undertook is to share with you my professional experience and to help you (as much as I can) manage your work and your lives better.
