About Me
My name is Mihail Mihaylov and I am Bulgarian IT consultant and speaker. In my internet presence I use the name Mike Ramm, which became my personal brand.
I am a manager, consultant, and lecturer at my own company RammSoft. The company provides professional education in project management and software development. During my over 20-year-long career I have worked for about twenty companies more or less related to information technology and software development – Bulgarian, American, French, German, Austrian, Greek. I’ve been a developer, a business analyst, a software architect, a consultant, a project manager, and a company manager. I’ve been an employee and I’ve been an employer. Everything I’ve worked can be summarized in one thing – dealing with people. And this happened to be a tough job.
I believe that management is everyone’s business because everyone managers their own lives. This is the main thing I preach. The mission I undertook is to share with you my professional experience and to help you (as much as I can) manage your work and your lives better.
I would like this blog to become a community of people who want to improve in their profession by sharing their knowledge and experience with the colleagues to help each other succeed with our next projects.
